Wiederholt precision tubes are used as important components in automotive applications and in various hydraulic and pneumatic systems. High demands are placed in the tubes in this environment. This is why we place a high value on the verifiable quality of our products by way of a full quality management system. From the cold-drawn precision tube right up to the precise length, our products are characterised by a high degree of dimensional accuracy and particularly good surface quality. This high quality is ensured in our in-house labs.

As a company, Wiederholt has multiple certifications. In close cooperation with TÜV Rheinland, the performance of our products is regularly put to the test. Our highly-qualified process and material specialists ensure a consistently high level of quality of every single product. This starts with goods-in lab testing right up to the final testing of the tubes using non-destructive testing. We also carry out tube external diameter tests using precise laser measurements. The quality demands continues with the selection of our suppliers. We only work with certified companies which we audit at regular intervals.
